We planned to take photos on the green screen to recreate Kings Of Leon for the ancillary products. We gathered together a few pupils from our year who's dress codes matched the conventions of Kings of Leon. However we were only able to get a few good quality photos because of the lack of co-operation of the pupils we used. But this event helped Team Go For Gold progress because we used the green screen for the first time and we used existing Kings Of Leon posters to recreate poses. We will make a new date in the half term to do photos again with a new selection of boys. Although we may not be able to access a green screen we may use a plain background. I feel that Team Go For Gold dealt with this situation maturely and we learnt from this experience :) we shall be taking more photos in the upcoming half term break :)
An example of one of many photos that was too stupid to use.

Filming has begun!
This is Team Go For Gold setting up the tracking for the first few seconds of the music video. We wanted to film footage of the main character walking out of her house and down the road. We had to work rather quickly as we started filming in the late afternoon and we did not want it to get darker as the video is set in the daytime.
I feel that the filming was very successful. We got good quality footage as well as some stuff for our out take footage. We have now started editing the first few seconds of filming and we will continue to start filming. Hopefully we will be in London next week. :)
